TRAINING PROPOSAL FOR THE INTERNATIONALISATION OF ITALIAN LOCAL AUTHORITIES

Responding to the widespread demand for information that the debate on the Next Generation EU plan has aroused.

Although it is not the municipalities themselves who are the recipients of those funds, the debate that has developed around the Recovery Plan has had the merit of drawing the attention of many to the range of European support measures for those projects and needs in which municipalities are very often directly involved, and in which they are the protagonists.

All this, moreover, in a year that has further reasons to be considered important, since it coincides with the start of the new seven-year programming period, and thus sees the resetting of many European programmes of the utmost interest to citizens (e.g. Erasmus), businesses (e.g. Horizon Europe) and municipalities (e.g. Interreg). In addition, of course, to the regional reprogramming that will lead to the adoption of the new ROPs.
